With This Very Sentiment We Are Organizing Run For HEALTH AWARENESS Marathon & Cyclothon Event That Motivates Health Fighters Winners Caregivers and People From all Walks of Life to Imbibe Healthy Lifestyle That Has been Proven to Not Just Cure Heath But also Prevents it From Ever Affecting Them or Their Loved Ones.

We are conducting this unique Live & Virtual Cyclothon/Marathon.

In such a way that everyone can join us wherever they are and whenever they want on 22nd & 23th January 2022.

PARTICIPATE FACILITYS : T-SHIRTS, MEDAL,BIB, E-CERTIFICATE, E-FRAME, & GIFT HAMPPER

Event Flow:

1. As You Register you will Receive a Confirmation Email.

2. Record the run using Strava Google Fit Garmin Run-keeper Nike Running App.

3. Submit data on google form after Completing run (You will receive Google form Link before event).

4. Customized Medal Will be couriered to your address & E-certificate will be sent. (Courier Charges will be extra only for out of India participants)

FAQ:

● Where we can Running/Cycling? - You can choose to run anywhere on any route you prefer.

● Can we Running/Cycling ? - Yes you can run in your home if you want & If you have a proper area.

● When can we get the Customized Medal & T-shirts ? - Within 15 days post event by post.

● How to get E-Certificate? - You can download certificate from your Google link within a five days of the event.

● Which applications Running/Cycling to use? - You can use any apps like Strava Google Fit Garmin Run-keeper Nike Running or whichever you are using.

● Is there any delivery charges for Courier in India? – No There is no delivery charges for India.

1.The registration fee is non-refundable.

2.Data Submission is MANDATORY. (NO - Exception Allowed)

3.In case of any dispute the Final decision will be taken by the organizer.

4.Organizer and its associates take no responsibility for any participant throughout the event.

Participants will be permitted to register in only one category (Virtual or On Ground).
On Ground bib allotment will be strictly on first come first serve basis.
Participants who registered for an on-ground run and did not make the cut will be converted to the virtual category or will be refunded on request.
The final on-ground participation will strictly depend on the government COVID guidelines in force on 22nd & 23th January 2022.
Participants will not be allowed to change their race categories post registration, so we advise the participants to be careful while selecting the categories.
Request for Name, Email-Id and Contact information change will be entertained only once for genuine cases during the entire registration process.
In case of a participant filling incomplete/incorrect information at the time of registration, the organiser will not be held accountable for any delay in delivery of race kit, medals etc.

Race Rules
On Ground

Participants will not be allowed entry without face masks & Full.
All participants will have to submit a final vaccination certificate at the time of bib collection.
The races will be flagged off in waves of 50 to maintain social distancing.
Baggage facility will be provided at the venue, but the organisers will not be responsible for loss of any valuable items.
Gates for the particular race categories will close within 30 minutes after flag-off of the last wave and no participant shall be allowed to start the race after that.

Virtual

Participants must only run once between 22-23 Jan and finish their run & ride in one session.
Submission of multiple running sessions will not be entertained.
Modalities for downloading the Race Day running app/ submitting the link from a running app will be communicated separately.
The medals for the Virtual run & ride will be dispatched within 30 days post completion of the race.
Participants are requested to follow local Corona protocols while running & cycling.
