CHANDIGARH URBAN FESTIVAL - SKY LANTERN EVENING

Chandigarh Urban Festival - Sky Lantern Evening is all set to commence at PEOPLE's PLAZA, CAPITOL COMPLEX, CHANDIGARH

• 40 minute cultural event to celebrate Cultural diversity of Chandigarh
• Coordination by volunteers to conduct synchronised sky lantern release activity
• Estimate 1000 sky lanterns to be released
• A true celebration of the UNESCO World Heritage with wide public participation

Terms and Conditions:

• 1000 sky lanterns will be released by 2000 people.
• Two people will be releasing one sky lantern.
• All sky lanterns will be released in a coordinated fashion at one time.
• Charge is Rs. 50 per person for which payment has to be made online at the time of registration. So payment for one sky lantern is Rs 100 which will be shared between the two people who will be releasing it.
• The participants are free to tie some written message with the sky lantern.
• There will be 40 official coordinators who will guide release of 25 sky lantern. They will be carrying flags with numbers. So kindly reach reception desk at the venue and ask for flag number.
