Terms and Conditions
1. *Ticket Validity*: Tickets purchased for the HopUp Squid Challenge are non-refundable and cannot be transferred or shared with others. Only the original ticket holder may participate in the event.
2. *Non-Transferable Tickets*: All tickets are issued to a single user and cannot be exchanged or transferred under any circumstances. Any attempt to share tickets may result in cancellation without refund.
3. *Final Decision Authority*: The management reserves the right to make the final decision regarding any disputes, issues, or concerns that may arise during the event. All participants agree to abide by the management's decisions.
4. *Event Cancellation or Modification*: The management reserves the right to cancel or modify the event if necessary. In such cases, ticket holders may be provided with alternative options, as deemed appropriate by the management.
5. *Participant Conduct*: All participants are expected to adhere to the event's rules and regulations. Misconduct or failure to comply may result in removal from the event, with no refund.
6. *Assumption of Risk*: By participating in the HopUp Squid Challenge, attendees acknowledge that they understand the nature of the event and accept any associated risks.
7. *Media Rights*: By attending the event, participants agree to allow HopUp to use any photos or videos taken during the challenge for promotional purposes.
8. *Liability Waiver*: HopUp and its management will not be held responsible for any injuries or damages sustained during the event.
9. *Artist Lineup and Schedule*: The artist lineup, schedule, and attractions for the HopUp Squid Challenge are subject to change at the discretion of the management. Any changes will not entitle ticket holders to refunds or compensation.
