1. General Information

1.1 These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to all participants ("Participants") in the athletic event ("Event").

1.2 By registering for the Event, Participants acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms.

1.3 The Event is organized by Kalam Sports Academy.

2. Eligibility

2.1 Participants must meet the age and health requirements specified in the Event details.

2.2 The Organizer reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any Participant.

3. Registration

3.1 Registration must be completed through the official Event platform or as otherwise directed by the Organizer.

3.2 All registration fees must be paid in full before participation is confirmed. Registration fees are non-refundable unless specified otherwise.

3.3 Participants must provide accurate and complete information during registration.

4. Health and Safety

4.1 Participants are responsible for ensuring they are physically fit and medically able to participate in the Event.

4.2 Participants must adhere to all safety instructions provided by the Organizer and Event staff.

4.3 The Organizer may disqualify or remove any Participant for health and safety reasons.

5. Conduct and Sportsmanship

5.1 Participants must act in a respectful and sportsmanlike manner at all times.

5.2 Any behavior deemed inappropriate, disruptive, or unsafe may result in disqualification.

5.3 Participants must not use any unauthorized equipment, substances, or methods to gain an unfair advantage.

6. Liability

6.1 Participants participate in the Event at their own risk.

6.2 The Organizer is not liable for any personal injury, property damage, or loss sustained during the Event, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct by the Organizer.

7. Event Changes and Cancellations

7.1 The Organizer reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel the Event due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to adverse weather conditions or safety concerns.

7.2 In the event of cancellation, the Organizer will communicate refund or rescheduling options to Participants.

8. Photography and Media

8.1 By participating in the Event, Participants consent to the use of their name, image, and likeness for promotional purposes by the Organizer.

8.2 Participants who do not wish to be photographed or recorded must notify the Organizer in writing prior to the Event.

9. Data Protection

9.1 The Organizer will collect and process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

9.2 Participants’ data will be used solely for Event management and communication purposes.

10. Governing Law

10.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Tamil Nadu.

10.2 Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Chennai.
