Jodhpur Marathon 2026
I, the undersigned participant and/or parent/legal guardian of the participating minor (“my ward”), hereby declare, confirm, and agree as follows:
I confirm that all information provided by me in the application/registration form is true, accurate, complete, and up to date. I understand that I am solely responsible for the authenticity and correctness of the information furnished. I acknowledge that submission of any false, misleading, incorrect, or incomplete information may result in immediate disqualification from participation without any refund or liability on the part of the organizers.
I knowingly and voluntarily consent to the collection, storage, processing, and use of my/my ward’s personal data by the event organizer RunnerX, the Jodhpur Marathon organizing committee, and their authorized partners, vendors, affiliates, service providers, and governmental authorities. Such use may include, but is not limited to, registration management, identification, communication, emergency response, event operations, logistics, timing, promotions, regulatory compliance, record maintenance, and post-event analysis.
I fully understand and acknowledge that participation in the Jodhpur Marathon 2026 and all associated activities (“the Event”) involves inherent risks and hazards, including but not limited to physical exertion, fatigue, dehydration, heat stress, traffic exposure, uneven or natural terrain, weather variations, medical complications, accidents, and unforeseen incidents. I voluntarily assume full responsibility for all such risks and agree that participation is entirely at my/my ward’s own risk.
I agree that I/my ward shall strictly follow only the officially designated and approved event routes and shall comply with all instructions, rules, signage, directions, and safety guidelines issued by RunnerX, race officials, marshals, volunteers, or security personnel. I understand that deviation from the assigned route or violation of event rules may result in immediate disqualification.
I declare that I/my ward am/are in good physical and mental health, adequately trained, and medically fit to participate in the Event. I confirm that I/my ward have obtained appropriate medical clearance from a registered medical practitioner and have relied on such advice before registering. I accept full responsibility for any medical conditions, known or unknown, that may arise before, during, or after the Event.
On behalf of myself/my ward and our respective heirs, successors, executors, administrators, and legal representatives, I irrevocably waive, release, and forever discharge RunnerX, the Jodhpur Marathon organizing committee, sponsors, partners, vendors, medical service providers, government authorities, volunteers, race officials, and their respective directors, employees, representatives, and agents from any and all claims, demands, damages, losses, costs, or liabilities of any nature whatsoever, including but not limited to injury, illness, disability, property loss, death, or any other loss arising out of or connected with participation in, travel to, or return from the Event.
I agree to provide accurate and complete medical information as requested by event officials or medical personnel. I understand that the presence of medical staff does not constitute an obligation to provide treatment and does not create any duty of care beyond reasonable emergency response.
In the event of any injury, illness, disability, pre-existing or undisclosed medical condition, or death occurring before, during, or after the Event, I accept that RunnerX and all associated entities shall bear no liability. All resulting expenses, treatment costs, insurance claims, income loss, or damages shall be solely my responsibility or that of my legal representatives.
I acknowledge that the organizers shall not be held responsible or liable for any delay, loss, injury, illness (including contagious, infectious, or pandemic-related diseases), or death caused by force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of God, extreme weather, fire, floods, earthquakes, war, terrorism, strikes, epidemics, pandemics (including COVID-19 and its variants), government restrictions, or any circumstances beyond the control of the organizers.
I authorize RunnerX and the Jodhpur Marathon organizers to share my/my ward’s information with timing partners, sponsors, vendors, contractors, medical providers, government authorities, and other relevant parties as required for organizing, managing, promoting, analyzing, or conducting this or future similar events.
I grant irrevocable permission to RunnerX, its affiliates, and media partners to use my/my ward’s photographs, video recordings, voice recordings, or likeness captured during or in connection with the Event for promotional, marketing, reporting, archival, or commercial purposes without compensation, approval, or prior notice, in perpetuity.
I consent to receive communications, notifications, and promotional messages from RunnerX and its partners via SMS, email, WhatsApp, telephone, or other communication channels using the contact details provided by me.
I consent to receiving all official announcements, instructions, route details, safety updates, and event-related communications via WhatsApp on the registered mobile number. I understand that opting out may result in missing critical event information.
I confirm that I have read, understood, and voluntarily accepted all terms, conditions, and guidelines issued by RunnerX for participation in the Jodhpur Marathon 2026, including updates published on www.jodhpurmarathon.in or communicated officially.
I agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RunnerX and all associated individuals and entities from any claims, losses, liabilities, penalties, or legal expenses arising out of my/my ward’s participation in the Event or breach of this declaration.
This declaration shall be binding upon me/my ward and our respective heirs, successors, and legal representatives. It shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Jodhpur, Rajasthan.
