Term & conditions

• Age Requirements: Participants must be 8 years or older for the 5KM run, and 18 years or older for the 10KM and 21KM runs.
• Ticket Policy: Tickets are non-exchangeable, non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Resale Policy: Unauthorized resale of tickets will result in seizure or cancellation without refund or compensation.
• Fees: An internet handling fee may apply to each ticket; please confirm the total before payment.
• Arrival Time: We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes prior to the event for a smooth entry.
• Category Selection: Choose your event category carefully; confirmed registrations are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be modified.
• BIB Collection: Participants must collect their BIBs in person. BIBs may be collected on behalf of others with written consent.
• Contact Information: Please provide a secure email address or mobile number for communication leading up to the event.
• Minor Participants: If registering on behalf of a minor, you confirm that you are the parent/guardian and consent to their participation under the same terms.
• Data Sharing Authorization: You authorize the Event Manager and its Title Sponsor to exchange necessary information related to your registration.
• Consent for Communication: By registering, you consent to receive information via SMS/email at your registered contact.
• Health Risks: Acknowledge that running is an extreme sport that may pose health risks. You assume full responsibility for participation and release the organizing committee and sponsors from liability for any injuries or accidents.
• Medical Consultation: Consult a physician for a medical examination to assess your suitability for participation.
• Assumption of Risks: You assume all risks associated with the event, including falls, weather conditions, and other public event risks.
• Liability Waiver: The organizer and sponsors are not liable for any loss, damage, illness, or injury resulting from your participation.
• Compliance: You agree to follow the organizers’ instructions for your health and safety. Cease running if directed by Race Officials or Medical Staff.
• Service Disclaimer: Your use of the service is at your own risk, provided on an "as is" basis. Mirchi, SBI, and their affiliates disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
• Event Changes: In case of adverse weather or major incidents, the organizer reserves the right to cancel or postpone the event. Registrations and merchandise orders are non-refundable and non-transferable. The organizer may reject any application without reason.
• Service Reliability: The organizer does not guarantee that the service will meet your requirements or be error-free. Any downloads are at your own risk.
• Media Consent: Your name and media recordings during the event may be used for publicity.
• Data Usage Consent: Your personal information may be stored and used by the organizer and its sponsors for event-related purposes and statistical analysis.
• No-Show Policy: No refunds will be provided for no-shows.
• Unforeseen Circumstances: Refunds are not available for unforeseen events or government restrictions.
• Admission Rights: The organizer reserves the right to refuse admission.
• Terms Changes: These terms are subject to change at the organizer's discretion.
• Notice of Communication: Any notices sent to your registered email will be considered received.

Disclaimer

• I am fully aware of and appreciate that training for and running a marathon may result in accidents or serious injury.
• I am voluntarily participating in the Mindspace EcoRun with complete knowledge of the associated risks, and I agree to accept responsibility for all risks of injury. I also acknowledge that Mindspace EcoRun does not offer any formal marathon training program.
• By signing this Waiver and Release, I declare that I am medically able, properly trained, physically fit and capable of participating in a marathon, and that my medical care provider has approved my participation.
• I agree to independently consult my physician in the event of any injuries or medical questions arising from or related to my participation in the Mindspace EcoRun.
• I also acknowledge full and sole responsibility for my own medical expenses and that I am responsible for any and all medical expenses on my behalf.
