This community-driven initiative aims to promote healthy lifestyles, physical fitness, and collective well-being. With walk categories of 10km, 5km, and 2km, the event welcomes over 2000 participants — families, youth, and senior citizens — to come together for a fitter Rajkot.

General Event Guidelines
By signing up for the Walkathon, you agree to the following:
If you have any accessibility requirements, contact the Events Team prior to registering.
Participants are responsible for reaching the starting point. No transportation will be provided.
Participants are responsible for their own travel arrangements after finishing the walk.
This is not a race; there is no prize money.
The walk takes place along public roads and footpaths. Please wear appropriate footwear.
Follow the route marked with KM indicators.
Consult a doctor if unsure about your fitness to participate.
Age Criteria:
10K & 5K Walk: Minimum age is 12 years.
2K Walk: Open to all ages; children and infants must be accompanied by a guardian.
Participants under 15 must be capable of walking for at least 1 hour to join 5K/10K.
Toilets and hydration stations will be available along the route.
Additional water will not be provided beyond designated stations — consider carrying your own.
All walks must be completed by 8:30 PM.
Inform the Organiser if you are unable to complete your walk.
Registration is non-refundable and non-transferable.
Provide a valid mobile number and emergency contact at the time of registration.
Registration Terms
Registration is online only on a first-come, first-served basis.
Last date to register: 20th June 2025. No spot or offline registrations allowed.
Categories are based on distance only, not age (except minimum age requirements).
BIB Collection:
BIBs and kits must be collected on 28th June 2025, between 11 AM – 6 PM.
Bring a valid government photo ID.
If collecting on behalf of someone, bring their ID and authorization letter.
No BIBs will be issued on event day (29th June 2025).
No BIB = No Entry, No Participation.
Parents/legal guardians must register themselves along with minors (under 15).
Participants with disabilities must be accompanied by a registered guardian.
Venue gates will close 30 minutes before the start of each walk category.
Registration is confirmed only after full payment.
Participants may cancel before 20th June 2025 and receive a refund (₹50 + GST will be deducted).
Double or failed payments due to technical issues will be refunded within 7–10 working days.
Participation & Safety
Only registered participants are allowed. Registrations are non-transferable and unchangeable.
Radio Mirchi may reject any application without assigning reasons.
Finishers will receive a medal, collectable at the venue. No medals will be mailed later.
Participants must ensure they are physically and mentally fit for the event.
No travel or transportation reimbursements will be provided.
Participants accept all risks associated with public events, including weather, terrain, crowd, and other hazards.
Participants are responsible for their own health, safety, and belongings.
Follow all instructions from organisers and officials. Non-compliance may result in disqualification.
Misconduct, abusive language, or aggressive behavior will lead to immediate removal from the event.
Prohibited substances (tobacco, alcohol, drugs) are not allowed at the venue.
Participants grant the Radio Mirchi the right to use event photos/videos for promotional purposes.
Medical and Emergency Provisions
Participants authorize the organiser and medical team to provide necessary first aid or transport in case of emergency.
All medical costs, including hospitalization or transport, are to be borne by the participant.
Organiser and medical team will act in good faith, and participants waive all liability for such actions.
Logistics & Venue Information
Baggage counters will be available; however, avoid carrying valuables. Use at your own risk.
Parking will be available on a first-come, first-serve basis, at the owner`s risk.
In case of adverse weather, government restrictions, or force majeure, Radio Mirchi reserves the right to postpone, cancel, or alter the event. No claims will be entertained.
Privacy & Data Use
By registering, participants or their guardians consent to the privacy policy outlined during registration.
Data may be used for event communication, promotions, and statistics.
Participants may be contacted by organiser or service providers for event-related updates.
In the event of changes in data protection laws, additional consents may be required.
Legal & Miscellaneous
All rights and benefits are non-transferable and available only to the registered participant.
Radio Mirchi reserves the right to amend any terms without prior notice.
All disputes are subject to Gujarat jurisdictio
