🍽️ Get ready to showcase your culinary skills and celebrate the rich flavors of your region with a delightful spread of dishes. Here's all you need to know:

 

🌾 Thali Magic: Your thali should feature a total of 5 dishes, including:

 

🍹 One refreshing drink

🍢 One tantalizing snack (starter)

🍰 One mouthwatering sweet dish

🍛 2 delectable main courses (roti or non-fried parathas count as mains)

🌶️ Up to 2 pickles, 1 chutney, and 1 roasted papad

🎨 Don't forget to dazzle with your plating and presentation skills – extra marks await your creativity! Decorate your tables to match the theme of your region.

 

🚫 Rules to Sizzle By:

 

❌ No white sugar, maida, white processed salt, or refined oil.

❌ Modern gadgets like microwaves and mixers, non-stick, and plastic or aluminum utensils are a no-go.

✅ Embrace traditional materials like iron, brass, copper, stone, and stainless steel for cooking and presentation.

🍳 No deep frying! Go for shallow frying with minimal oil or desi ghee.

📸 Share soft copies and pictures of all thali dishes with your state coordinator.

📚 State coordinators will send these to the Chief coordinator for the recipe book.

🏠 Host the core team members for the state finale!

1) To join the culinary extravaganza, all participants must become proud members of the Cook Right Eat Right group (CRER). Rest assured, your state coordinator will make sure you're part of this fantastic community.

 

2) The proceeds from registration will be in the capable hands of your coordinator, who will orchestrate the entire State Finale. Picture this: venue selection, media buzz, marketing magic, eye-catching banners, fantastic sponsors, and delightful gifting partners!

 

3) At the highly-anticipated State Finale, our dedicated core team will be there to personally hand out hard copies of certificates and momentos to each participant. To make sure we have just the right number of momentos, state coordinators are kindly asked to provide this information by September 15th.

 

4) Flyers for both the National and State-level events will be thoughtfully provided by our Core team. While state coordinators can add their own touch with additional gifting partner logos, the national level logos will remain proudly displayed.
