𝐄𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐍𝐚𝐦𝐞:-TRC KIDS RUN 2023
𝐁𝐈𝐁 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐨 𝐃𝐚𝐭𝐞:- Saturday, 25th November 2023
𝐁𝐈𝐁 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐨 𝐓𝐢𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐠:- 11 am – 8 pm
𝐁𝐈𝐁 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐨 𝐕𝐞𝐧𝐮𝐞:- House Number - 1592, Sector 18-D, Chandigarh
𝐏𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐞 𝐍𝐨𝐭𝐞:- To collect your BIB and T-Shirt, Bring a Copy of the Confirmation Mail and Aadhar Card.
Those who cannot come to collect their BIB may send someone to collect on their behalf along with written Authorization and Aadhar Card. NO BIB and T-Shirt will be provided on the race day.

𝗧𝗜𝗠𝗜𝗡𝗚𝗦 – Venue gate will open at 5:30 AM.
𝗣𝗔𝗥𝗞𝗜𝗡𝗚 WILL BE IN THE OPEN GROUND ADJACENT TO THE ROCK GARDEN AND OPP HIGH COURT. No cars will be allowed to go up to the venue. All cars have to be parked in the parking.

The Last Day of the Ticket Booking is 25th November 2023.
Late Registration Fee:- After November 20th, the offline ticket price will be Rs 900.
Instructions - Aadhar Card Required for BIB Collection:-
To Collect your Race Kit, please have soft copies of the below documents on your phone.
Entry Requirement:- Access to the event venue will be granted only to participants with their running bibs properly pinned on their T-shirts.

RACE INCLUSIONS:- Participants will get the T-Shirt, BIB Number, Medal, E-Certificate, Exciting Gifts for Winners, On Route Hydration, Post Run Refreshments and Many More.

I understand the risk Involved In enrolling myself into the TRC KIDS RUN 2023. I absolve THE RUN CLUB, its associates and partners of any injury sustained physically, mentally, or emotionally during the run. I declare that I am physically, mentally, and emotionally fit to participate.
In the event in case emergency medical treatment Is required, I hereby authorize THE RUN CLUB staff to make arrangements to transport me to the nearest hospital/emergency medical facility. I give my consent for any and all necessary medical treatment require the attention of a physician.
I give my consent for pictures taken during the event involved in the Run to be used for future promotions or display. I understand that THE RUN CLUB has a no refund policy.
CityWoofer is only a service provider (Ticketing Platform) and is not in any way responsible for the delivery of the event.
CityWoofer shall not be liable for any loss, damage, illness, or injury that might occur as a result of your participation in the event.
Waiver Statement: I affirm and state that I am physically fit and sufficiently trained for participating in the designated Running/Walking event. I have been certified to be physically fit by a licensed medical practitioner and agree to indemnify the organizers its agents, employees and associates, the organizing committee and other persons connected to the event against any losses, damages, costs, liabilities, claims or proceedings arising out of any misstatement and/ or misrepresentation made herein.
