QUALIFICATION & AGE ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR EACH RACE
=====================================================
For 50 KM - You must have completed a minimum of a 21 KM in last 2 years.
There is no qualification criteria for distances as 30 KM | 21 KM | 10 KM | 5 KM | 3 KM
AGE ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR EACH RACE
⭕ For 21 KM & beyond distances - All athletes must be 18 or older on race day.
⭕ For 10 KM - All people must be 14 years or older on the race day.
⭕ For 5 KM & 3 KM - All children must be 8 years or older on the race day.

RACE COURSE & AID STATIONS
===========================
Tuffman Island Ultra & Half Marathon Andaman Powered by Seashell Hotels & Resorts has one of the most scenic run courses in India.
The race starts & finishes at Netaji Stadium, Port Blair, Andaman & Nicobar Islands for all the race categories.
It will be a feeling that you are running somewhere out of India (in abroad) and it’s really a proud thing that you are running in your own country on an island where the roads are just touching the sea contours.
You will find Andaman Club, Marina Park, Andaman Club, Indian Flag Point, Corbyn Cove Beach, lush green landscapes with coconut trees.
Tourists — Indian and foreigners, as well as locals — can be seen in colorful dresses, coming either for a walk or ‘for a change of air’. Many tourists can be seen having a sunbath on the Corbyn Sands and the Indian Flag flying super high on the verge of international frontiers.
A promised mind - relaxing ultra experience for all the runners. This ultra route will keep you ever fresh & enthusiastic as the race course is full of cool breeze, longer distances start in the wee hours of the morning, awesome city surrounds and will provide you with a reviving and zealous escape all together, with your partner.
The race course is a loop of 10 Kms (5 kms out & 5 kms back) which is 100% Tar Road almost traffic free which will be perfectly cherished by you with very gradual inclines & declines.
Adequate aid stations will be there with Medical & Physiotherapy Support at the start point. The same will be put up in the race as they shall be enough to keep you well hydrated, energyful & recovered all the way to and fro in the wet & damp air.

On 10th February, 2024 i.e, Saturday during 14:00 hrs – 18:00 hrs at Netaji Stadium – Participants can collect their bib along with the goodie bags there at the race expo.

CANCELLATION / TRANSFER OF TICKETS / REFUND POLICY

Cancellations / Transfer of Tickets / Adjustment to future events is not possible at all. Any requests received will not be eligible for a refund, under any circumstances.
Also, in case of occurrence of any unforeseeable circumstances / events / situations (even force majeure) due to any x-factor leading up to event cancellation, the event fees paid wouldn't be refunded under any circumstances.
ONLY APPLICABLE IN CASE OF THE NEW WAVE OF COVID-19 or ANY OTHER EXTERNAL DISTURBANCE LEADING TO FORCE MAJEURE - There will be no future adjustment / carry forward of the fees towards any other event in any case, and the race format will be changed into a NON - TIMED Virtual Race for everyone. The physical takeaways like Race T-SHIRT, Finisher Medal (based on finish status) & other items (if any) shall be sent via courier 60 days after the virtual event.
Terms & Conditions
• By agreeing to this disclaimer, i agree to abide by the rules of Tuffman Island Ultra & Half Marathon Andaman Powered by SeaShell Hotels & Resorts (4th Edition) dated 11th February, 2024 (Sunday) and i understand that it is my responsibility to take care of myself while running.
• I understand that participating in this event is potentially hazardous and that I should not enter and participate unless I am medically fit and properly trained. Any health problems or fatal cases such as death-causing accidents or even death before, during or after the event, the organizers, sponsors, promoters, event location owners and each of their agents, representative’s successors and assigns, and all other persons and entities associated either directly or indirectly with the event, will not be responsible at all.
• In consideration of the acceptance of this entry, I presume full responsibility for any injury or accident that may occur while I am travelling to the event or while coming back from the event, or while I am on the premises of the event. I am also aware of and assume all risks associated with participating in this event, including, but not limited to falling with other participants, the effects of weather, traffic and conditions of the road or any – x-factor affecting my own health.
• I, for myself and my heirs and executors, hereby waive, release and forever discharge the event organizers, sponsors, promoters and each of their agents, representatives successors and assigns, and all other persons and entities associated either directly or indirectly with the event from all claims demands, costs, expenses, proceedings, arising of my participation in the event and I am hereby indemnifying them against all liability, including, but not limited to liability for and in respect of all injury, death, loss or damage, arising out of my participation in the event.
• If I am injured or taken ill or otherwise suffer any detriment, whatsoever, I hereby irrevocably authorize the event officials and organisers, at my risk and cost, to transport me to a medical facility and or to administer emergency medical treatment and I waive all claims that might result from such transport and or treatment or delay or deficiency therein and shall pay or reimburse to you all my medical and emergency expenses and hereby authorise you to incur the same and shall provide to race officials such medical data relating to me as they may request. I agree that nothing here shall oblige the event officials or organisers or any person to incur any expenses or to provide any transport or treatment.
• I unequivocally give permission, unless I confirm otherwise in writing to event organisers, for my personal information and details to be forwarded for the purpose of the event administration and further permit my name, personal information quotes and photographic likeness in still photography or video to be used for the marketing and promotional purposes of the event and to other stakeholders if required.
• If the rule of law prevents any of the above paragraphs or any part of it to be unenforceable then it shall be constructed so as to give the maximum possible protection to all persons and entities associated directly or indirectly with the event. • Cancellation / Transfer of Ticket / Refund / Adjustment to future events is not possible at all. • In case of reimbursement, if there, Tuffman shall be only liable of the amount which the attendee / buyer pays to us (excluding processing fees and applicable taxes, if any)
• I understand that correct and fully filling the address (in case, if required) shall enable the organisers to ensure delivery of the parcel within time (if applicable). • Users of email services that offer filtering / blocking of messages from unknown email address should recognise emails from tuffmanindia@gmail.com, info@tuffmanindia.com and emails from address ending with @tuffmanindia.com as a part of their regular address list. Any notice sent to the email address registered with the organizers shall be deemed as received by the participants.
• Participant’s successful signing up for an event whether online or offline, is his / her acceptance to this disclaimer too. I understand that as & when I sign up for an event, I agree for all the above and hereby agree to the event’s terms and conditions.
