SATURDAY, FEB 3, 2024 - FESTIVAL OF HUMANITY Bib Expo
Timings: 10 AM to 6 PM
Venue: DLF CYBER CITY SURFACE PARKING, BUILDING 10, CYBERHUB,
GURUGRAM

Nearest metro stations : BELVEDERE Metro or CYBERCITY metro, the expo is just a hop
across.
To collect your bibs show a soft copy of confirmation mail at the Bib counter
If you cannot collect your bib in person, you may send a representative to collect on your
behalf along with a written authorization and copy of booking confirmation email.
BIBS AND RACE KITS WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE ON RACE DAY
It is a rewarding experience to visit the Expo and check out the route map, start and finish
venue and to meet pacers and fellow runners. Pre Run camaraderie means a richer race
experience that is memorable. You also get to meet our wonderful partners at the Expo
• Visually impaired girls from NAB INDIA CENTRE FOR BLIND WOMENT will
put up a BAKE & CRAFT stall at the Expo. These girls have trained to Bake and
create handicrafts, despite having no vision. PLEASE do spare your time to meet and
encourage them at the expo. Their hand made small items will be available for sale
and you can show your support by taking back a souvenir from their stall at the
expo.25 of them have been training to participate in the race on Feb 4, 2024 along
with their Buddy Runners.
• OUR SEWA BOX OF KINDNESS will be available near SUPER SIKH
FOUNDATION stall at the Expo, for you to drop in new or gently used shoes,
running gear or warm clothes that can be donated to young adults supported by us. In
case you are donating shoes, please tie the laces together and staple a small note for
the unknown person who will receive your gift.
Little acts of kindness can touch lives in remarkable ways.
SUNDAY, FEB 4, 2024- RACE DAY SCHEDULE
START / FINISH VENUE: Cyberhub surface parking outside Building 10
TIMINGS : Venue gate will open at 5:00 AM. Assembly time is 45 Minutes before START
TIMING of your race. Runners need to LINE UP at the START LINE 10 minutes prior to
their Race Flag Off timings mentioned below :
• Half Marathon Start Timings: 6.30 AM
• 10 KM Start Timing: 7.00 AM
• 5 KM RUN Start Timing: 7.20 AM
• BE MY EYES 3K RUN : 7.40 AM
Felicitation Ceremony : 9.00 AM onwards
RACE CUT OFF TIMINGS ARE AS FOLLOWING:
HALF MARATHON - 3 Hours
10 KM - 1.5 Hours
5 KM - 1.00 Hours
Some of the most vibrant Running Group Teams will cheer you along your way. ATHELIN -
the mecca of premium sports accessories falls on the ONE RACE Half marathon track!
Remember to share a high Five with the ATHELIN team who will be cheering you along.
To ensure your timing is recorded, you MUST cross ALL timing mats on the route. The
Timing Certificate (Soft Copy) will be provided for runners who have completed their run
within the cut off time.
MEDICAL SUPPORT
ISIC ( INDIAN SPINAL INJURIES CENTRE) OUR MEDICAL PARTNER WILL
ENSURE ADEQUATE MEDICAL SUPPORT, WITH DOCTORS, PHYSIOTHERAPIST,
FULLY EQUIPPED AMBULANCES ON ROUTE, AVAILABLE TO ASSIST ANY
INJURY OR MEDICAL DISCOMFORT.

PRIZES
GUN TIME will be used for OPEN CATEGORY winner in Half Marathon. For AGE
CATEGORY winners CHIP TIME will be considered.
Prize for OVERALL WINNERS of 21.1K run is BROOKS SHOES.
Prize for 10K & 5K OVERALL winner is 1) BROOKS SHOES 2)HYDRATION
BACKPACK 3) SMART WATCH
BROOKS Shoes will be provided to winners by ATHELIN team within 30 days of the race.
There are no cash prizes for Age Category winners. Age category winners will be awarded
TROPHY and WINNERS CERTIFICATES at the Felicitation ceremony
In case age category winners are not able to receive the trophy on Race Day, the same can be
collected from the REM office in New Delhi latest by March 31, 2024. Trophies will not be
sent by courier as they get damaged in transit. In order to qualify for prizes, do not exchange
your bibs, the entire race is video graphed and this may lead to disqualification
OTHER INFORMATION
• There will be HYDRATION STOPS every KM on route
• TOILETS are available at the venue and on the route
• There will be a BAGGAGE COUNTER at the venue to keep your belongings. Baggage
Counter will keep your bags only upto 10.30 AM on race day after which counter will be
disbanded and all remaining bags will be sent to our warehouse on zero liability of losses if
any. We recommend not leaving valuables or fragile items in your bag including keys and
mobile phones
PARKING
ON RACE DAY Feb 4, 2024. Free Parking will be available at DLF PARKING BELVEDRE
METRO STATION.

ON EXPO DAY FEB 3, 2024, participants will need to avail paid parking facility of DLF
Cyberhub.
RACE PHOTOGRAPHS:
There will be 6-8 Photographers on route, finish line and at the holding area. Please make
sure you spot a photographer and get your best shot.
Link to search and download photographs will be shared by e mail after 2 days of the event.
FINISHERS MEDALS will be awarded to all participants near the Finish Line and hope you
will enjoy the wholesome breakfast and hydration.

The 8th edition of One Race SSR is being held on 4th February 2024 in Gurugram and the Festival of Humanity BIB Expo will be held on 3rd February 2024.

Terms and conditions
By registering and participating in the above mentioned event, you acknowledge and accept that:
1. You possess the necessary skill set, endurance and fitness levels for participating in the event.
2. You do not suffer/ have suffered from any medical condition that necessitates that you should not or
ought not to participate at such an event.
3. Road Running has inherent risk of bodily injury whether internal or external (viz extreme dehydration,
stroke due to exertions or extreme case of allergy) which may be grievous, resulting in partial or total
disability and even death. You, personally assume all the liability/ies arising out of any injury, damage or
loss from your participation and shall not hold the organizers/ administrators of (Event Organiser) liable
for such injury, loss or damage.
4. All medical and/ or rescue operations shall be pro-bono and on best efforts basis. Race participants
have been explained the inherent risks of participation.
5. Neither the organizers nor the administrators nor the group shall be liable for situations leading to any
injury, loss, damage or death.
6. Accident Waiver and Release of Liability (AWRL)
6.1 I acknowledge that this event is a test of a person's physical and mental limits and carries with it the
potential for death, serious injury and property loss. The risks include, but are not limited to, those caused
by terrain, facilities, temperature, weather, condition of athletes, equipment, vehicular traffic, actions of
other people including, but not limited to, participants, volunteers, spectators, coaches, event officials and
event monitors, and/or producers of the event, and lack of hydration. These risks are not only inherent to
participants, but are also present for volunteers and other crew. I hereby assume all of the risks of
participating and/or volunteering in this event. I realize that liability may arise from negligence or
carelessness on the part of the persons or entities being released, or because of their possible liability
without fault.
6.2 I certify that I am physically fit, have sufficiently trained to be a participant in the event and have not
been advised otherwise by a qualified medical person.
6.3 I acknowledge that this Accident Waiver and Release of Liability (AWRL) form will govern my actions
and responsibilities at the race.
6.4 In consideration for permitting me to participate in this event, I hereby take action for myself, my
executors, administrators, heirs, next of kin, successors, and assigns as follows: (A) Waive, Release and
Discharge (Event Organiser), its members, event volunteers and event participants, from any and all
liability for my death, disability, personal injury, property damage, property theft, lost income, or any other
losses, costs or actions of any kind which hereafter may accrue to me by virtue of my training for this
event, my participation in this event or my travel to or from this event; (B) Indemnify and hold harmless the
entities or persons mentioned in this paragraph from any and all liabilities or claims made by other
individuals or entities as a result of any of my actions during this event.
I hereby consent to receive medical treatment which may be deemed advisable in the event of injury,
accident and or illness during this event.
I understand that at this event or related activities, I may be photographed.
6.5 I agree to allow my photo, video or film likeness to be used for any legitimate purpose by (Event
Organiser), its members and volunteers.
6.6 (Event Organiser) does not provide medical facilities or insurance coverage for injuries that occur at
the race. The costs related to those injuries are the responsibility of the individual participant.
6.7 This AWRL shall be construed broadly to provide a release and waiver to the maximum extent
permissible under applicable law.
