Waiver & Release of Liability
By signing up for this event organized by Team Cyclegiri, I agree to the following:
1. I Know the Risks: I understand that cycling involves physical risks, including falls, collisions, traffic accidents, and illness. I choose to participate knowing these risks exist, and I assume full responsibility for my safety.
2. I Will Follow the Rules:
Traffic Laws: I will obey all traffic signals, police instructions, and the designated route.
Safety: If I notice a hazard, I will stop and notify an official. I certify that my bicycle is in good working condition.
3. Waiver of Liability: I release Team Cyclegiri, their officials, sponsors, and volunteers from any liability for injuries, theft, or damages that may occur during the event, even if caused by negligence. I surrender my right to sue the organizers.
4. Medical Consent: If I am injured or unable to make decisions, I authorize the event staff to secure emergency medical treatment for me. I agree to pay for any medical costs incurred.
5. Media Release: I grant the organizers permission to use photos or videos of me taken during the event for social media and promotional purposes.
6. Acknowledgment: I have read this agreement, I understand it, and I sign it freely
