About the Event
The Dhash Bengaluru Half Marathon is built around a simple philosophy: a great race should be created by people who understand runners.

The event also carries a larger purpose through Dhash's “1 Runner = 10 Trees” initiative. Every participant becomes part of an environmental commitment to plant 10 trees for every runner, connecting the spirit of running with the responsibility of creating a greener future.

. I confirm that I will be at least 13 years of age as of 6th December 2026.
2. I understand that I should consult a physician and undergo a medical examination to assess my fitness before participating in the event.
3. I confirm that all information provided by me during registration, including my name, address, contact details, blood group, and timing certificate, is true and voluntarily submitted.
4. I understand that I must register in the correct race category and that my registration is strictly non-refundable and non-transferable once confirmed.
5. I confirm that I have undertaken adequate training and preparation to participate in the race.
6. I acknowledge that long-distance running is a physically demanding sport and may involve risks including injury, illness, accidents, falls, collisions, extreme weather conditions, traffic, road hazards, and other unforeseen risks associated with a public event.
7. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation in the event and agree not to hold the organizers, sponsors, partners, officials, volunteers, or associated entities liable for any injury, illness, loss, damage, accident, or death arising from my participation.
8. I agree to comply with all instructions, guidelines, advisories, and safety measures issued by the organizers, race officials, medical teams, volunteers, or authorities from time to time.
9. I understand that any communication sent to my registered email address or mobile number shall be deemed as officially received by me.
10. I consent to receive event-related updates through email, SMS, phone calls, and WhatsApp on my registered contact details.
11. I agree that I may receive information, promotional offers, and communication from event partners, sponsors, and associated brands.
12. I understand that I must collect my running bib personally by presenting a valid government-issued photo ID. If collected by another person, I shall provide a written authorization letter along with a copy of my ID proof.
13. I understand that if I do not participate on race day, I will not be eligible for any refund, transfer, or compensation.
14. I understand that for safety and traffic management reasons, I should not remain on the race course beyond the official cut-off time.
15. I understand that overall winners shall be determined based only on gun time and that chip time will not be considered for overall podium rankings.
16. I understand that overall category winners shall not be eligible for age-category prizes.
17. I understand that any dispute regarding race results or podium finishers must be submitted in writing with valid supporting evidence before the prize distribution ceremony. Complaints made through social media or informal channels will not be entertained.
18. I consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded during the event and related activities. I authorize the organizers to use such photographs, videos, or recordings for promotional, marketing, media, and communication purposes without compensation.
19. I authorize the organizers and associated entities to collect, store, process, and use my personal information for event administration, safety management, communication, promotional activities, statistical analysis, and related purposes.
20. I agree to provide any relevant medical information requested by event officials or medical personnel. I understand that the organizers are not obligated to provide medical treatment or incur medical expenses on my behalf.
21. I understand and accept that the organizers and associated entities shall not be held liable for any illness, injury, medical complications, communicable diseases, disability, or death occurring before, during, or after the event, whether due to pre-existing conditions or otherwise.
22. I understand that the organizers reserve the right to delay, modify, suspend, cancel, or postpone the event due to adverse weather conditions, natural disasters, public health concerns, government restrictions, civil disturbances, force majeure events, or any circumstances beyond reasonable control.
23. I agree to stop participating immediately if instructed to do so by the Race Director, medical personnel, aid station volunteers, police authorities, or event officials.
24. I irrevocably waive all claims against Dhash Sports, Lifeiscalling Sports Management Pvt Ltd, Bengaluru Runners Charitable Trust, sponsors, organizing committees, officials, volunteers, event partners, and all associated persons or entities for any loss, injury, illness, damage, accident, or death arising from my participation in the event.
25. By participating in the event, I confirm that I have fully read, understood, and accepted all the above terms and conditions.
