Run it on your Diwali holidays. Run 3K, 5K or 10K anywhere you are, on any one day: 6, 7 or 8 November 2026, at any hour that suits you. No start line, no traffic, no fixed course. It is a virtual run by Telangana Runners.

What you get: your event T-shirt comes home by post when you register. Your finisher medal comes home by post when you finish.

How it works:

  1. Register here. Choose 3K, 5K or 10K.
  2. Your T-shirt comes home, to the address you give us.
  3. Get the Telangana Runners app. Its AntiOxidant feature records your run. We send you the steps before 6 November.
  4. Run on 6, 7 or 8 November, any one day, anywhere you like, with the app recording.
  5. Your medal comes home. We check your run, then post your medal to you.

Who can run: anyone aged 18 and over. The app records runs for adults only.

Why we hold runs like this: we believe building endurance helps prevent lifestyle diseases such as diabetes, high blood pressure and heart disease, before they start.

  2. This is a virtual run. Run 3K, 5K or 10K anywhere you like, on any one day: 6, 7 or 8 November 2026.
  3. Runners must be 18 or over on the day of the run. A booking for anyone under 18 is cancelled and refunded.
  4. Each runner must give their own mobile number. Our app signs in each runner with their own number.
  5. Your run counts only when it is recorded with the AntiOxidant feature of the Telangana Runners app on 6, 7 or 8 November.
  6. Your T-shirt is posted to the address you give. Your medal is posted after we check your run.
  7. Fees are not refundable or transferable, except as stated above.
