We hope this message finds you well. We regret to inform you that due to unforeseen weather conditions and a severe rain alert, we have been forced to cancel the Dr. YSR Memorial 10K Run, which was scheduled to take place on September 10th,2023.

The safety and well-being of our participants are our utmost priority, and this decision has been made with your best interests in mind. We understand the disappointment this may bring, but your safety is paramount.

We will be processing refunds for all registered participants within 5 to 7 business days.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this cancellation may cause and thank you for your understanding. We appreciate your support for the Dr. YSR Memorial 10K Run, and we hope to welcome you back in the future when conditions allow for a safe and enjoyable event.
