( If the weather is excessively hot on the day of the race, the event may be started ahead of schedule. All participants are requested to pay special attention to the timing.
रेस के दिन गर्मी ज्यादा रही तो रेस को समय से पहले चालू किया जा सकता है । आप सभी प्रतिभागियों से अनुरोध है समय का विशेष ध्यान दे। )

• Registration for the race competition will remain open until 07:00 AM on the day of the event.
• दौड़ प्रतियोगिता के दिन सुबह 07.00 बजे तक रजिस्ट्रेशन चालू रहेंगे ।

BIB & T-shirts will be distributed between 4:00 AM and 06:00 AM. Participants arriving after 06:00 AM will not be issued a T-shirt. Please pay special attention to the timing.
सुबह 04.00 बजे से 06.00 बजे के बीच में बिब और टी शर्ट दी जावेगी। 06.00 बजे के बाद आने वाले प्रतिभागी को टी शर्ट नहीं दी जाएगी। कृपया समय का विशेष ध्यान देवे।

A tug-of-war competition will also be organized, which will take place after 6:00 am.
रस्साकसी खेल का भी आयोजन किया जाएगा जो कि 06 बजे बाद आयोजित किया जाएगा।

The Zumba dance session will be held after 6:30 am.
जुंबा डांस 06.30 बजे बाद आयोजित किया जाएगा।

Finisher medals will be awarded only after the prize ceremony concludes. They will not be distributed prior to the prize ceremony.

The prize money will be deposited into the bank account provided by the winner within 10 days.

Note - After registration, participants will receive a message on their mobile phones, which they must show to collect their bib number.

Stay facility will be provided to all the runners coming from far away places for which the charge will be Rs. 200 .
It will be mandatory to book the stay facility by calling on the given number one day before the race competition.

दूर से आने वाले सभी धावकों के लिए ठहरे की सुविधा की जावेगी जिसका शुल्क 200, रु होगा ।

Zumba dance will take place 30 minutes before the race starts.
