All participants must collect their race kits during the Race Expo.

*Participants unable to collect their race kits personally may authorize another person to collect on their behalf by providing a copy of their registration confirmation and government-issued photo ID.

## Cancellation & Refund Policy
Registration fees are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable. Requests for cancellation, transfer of registration, category changes, fee adjustments, or refunds will not be entertained under any circumstances.

#Offical Timing Certificates
Official timing certificates will be available for Half Marathon, 10.5K, and 5K participants after the event.
