Who is this for?

This workshop might be for you if:
- You often feel too much or nothing at all, and don’t know what to do with it
- You struggle to name or express your emotions, but want to understand them better
- You’re tired of talking about your emotions and want to feel them
- You feel a lot and wish there was a way to make sense of it
- You want a quiet space to pause and check in with yourself, without pressure to share or perform

What to Expect

This experiential and community-based workshop is designed to help you become more aware of your emotions and learn how to gently sit with them. Through simple, guided activities (like free drawing, body mapping, guided stillness, etc.), we’ll reconnect with our bodies and emotions in a way that feels accessible and real.

We’ll focus more on feeling, drawing, and experiencing than on talking, explaining, or analyzing. You’ll walk away with practices you can use in daily life.

No art skills or prior experience needed. All materials and a complementary beverage will be provided, just bring your presence.
