GREEN FIT MARATHON

NOTE:

• Tickets are non-refundable & non-transferable.

• There is no on-the-spot registration.

• Participants are not allowed to exchange their BIBs / timing chips.

• The BIB number assigned to each participant is unique and must be used by that participant only.

• Any runner found to have interchanged their BIB with another individual, will be disqualified from the event.

• Collection of BIB/(s) by representatives shall be permitted on producing valid id proof and a consent letter from the participant/(s).

• The Bib should be pinned on the chest above the waist such that it can be clearly seen by the Race Officials - it should not be pinned to shorts or skirts below the waist. 

• The BIB should be worn by the participant at all times during the race. 

• Parking will be available at the race venue. Runners will have to reach in prior time and park their vehicle on race day in the designated parking space as per the instructions of the volunteer.

• The finisher's medal and breakfast will be distributed at the pick-up point. Medals and breakfast will be distributed only during the event.

• The BIB and goodie bag will be distributed at the bib distribution center only. The BIB and goodie bag will not be distributed on the day of the event. Participants without a BIB will not be allowed on the race route. 

• Participants must upload or submit a copy of their ID proof for age verification. 

• Finisher medals will be given to each participant in all distance categories after finishing the race. It is compulsory to show your BIB to collect the finisher medal.

• The event organizer reserves the right to modify the date, venue, distance, race start time, and any other changes related to the event at any given point in time.

• All the updates related to the event will be shared on the registered email ID.

• The organizer of the event will inform the participants about changes in the time, place or route of the event via email.
