With the aim to celebrate World Mental Health Day, October10, recognized by WHO, the Mental Health Festival is an initiative of Mental Health Foundation (India) to explore and celebrate the widespread use of creative means to promote mental well-being.

The objective is to spread awareness about mental health through promotional and preventive approach by reaching out to different strata of society. We intend to provide a platform to invite constructive and novel discussion as well as to encourage innovative ideas and initiatives on and for mental health.

Through this Festival, we aim to identify mental health with different art forms and establish a strong connection between the two.
