EVENT OVERVIEW
International Yoga Day Championship 2026 is a nationwide virtual yoga competition designed to encourage fitness, flexibility, mindfulness, and healthy living among people of all age groups.
This championship is conducted by TR FITMOVE in promotion of the values and objectives of International Yoga Day, AYUSH, and the Fit India movement.
Participants can showcase their yoga skills from the comfort of their homes and receive evaluation from experienced yoga professionals and fitness experts from across India.
AGE CATEGORIES
Category A – Under 12 Years
Category B – Under 21 Years
Category C – Under 45 Years
Category D – 45 Years & Above
PERFORMANCE RULES
• Maximum performance duration: 5 Minutes
• Participants must perform the asanas announced by the organizers.
• The sequence of asanas will be shared with registered participants on the event day.
• Participants may perform from their home, yoga studio, fitness center, school, or any suitable location.
• The entire body must remain visible throughout the performance.
• Participants can record either:
Front Pose (Facing Camera)
(OR)
Side Pose (As per sample images provided by organizers)
HOW TO PARTICIPATE
Register according to your age category.
Download the Yoga Syllabus provided in the event description.
Practice the listed asanas before the event.
On 21 June 2026, participants will receive the final asana set through WhatsApp.
Perform the asanas according to the instructions.
Record a clear video of your performance.
Submit the video within the prescribed submission timeline.
All entries will be reviewed and validated by professional yoga teachers, certified fitness experts, and trained yoga practitioners from across India.
VIDEO SUBMISSION DEADLINE
Participants may submit their performance video:
• On 21 June 2026 (Evening)
OR
• Before 22 June 2026 (Morning)
Late submissions may not be considered for evaluation.
JUDGING CRITERIA
Performances will be evaluated based on:
• Accuracy of Asanas
• Body Alignment
• Balance & Stability
• Flexibility
• Breathing Control
• Discipline & Presentation
• Overall Performance Quality
Judges' decisions shall be final and binding.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
• No refunds.
• Fake videos, edited recordings, or invalid submissions will be rejected.
• Courier delivery after the event within 15–25 days.
• Organizers are not responsible for injuries, accidents, or health issues during participation.
• Judges' decisions will be final and binding.
