 🏕 ACCOMMODATION OPTIONS

 

Location: Jispa Journey Camp (race starting point)

Cost: ₹1,900 per person per day (includes all meals; shared basis)

Highly recommended for comfort and convenience for both participants and accompanying guests.

 🌄 ACCLIMATIZATION & TRAINING CAMP

 

Dates: 12–16 August 2025 (3-day camp + 1-day Stay)

Cost: ₹8,500 (includes meals and shared stay)

Acclimatization is strongly advised due to high altitude.

✅ ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

 

All qualifying runs must be between 1 September 2024 – 20 July 2025

Note: Virtual, GPS-based, or stadium runs are not accepted. High-altitude events (above 10,000 ft) are valid.

 

10K:

 

Two 10Ks under 1 hr 40 mins OR

One Half Marathon under 3 hr 30 mins

 

21K:

 

One HM under 3 hrs OR

Two 10Ks under 1 hr 30 mins (at least one after 1 Sep 2024)

 

42K:

 

 One Full Marathon under 6 hrs OR

 Two HMs under 3 hrs (at least one after 1 Sep 2024)

 

50K:

 

One Full Marathon under 6 hrs (after 1 Sep 2024) OR

Two HMs under 3 hrs (one must be after 1 Sep 2024)

Registration & Payment:

 

First-come, first-served basis

Confirmation only after full payment

No refunds. However, transfer to another event may be possible.

 

Event Changes:

 

Organizers may reschedule/cancel in case of force majeure or other emergencies.

 

Health & Safety:

 

Medical clearance recommended

Basic first aid will be available

Organizers are not liable for injuries or accidents

 

Photography & Media:

 

Photos/videos will be used for promotional purposes

Inform organizers in advance if you do not wish to be photographed
