Rules and Regulations:

Participants have to use Strava or any other app to record the distance and time of racing.
The event will be conducted through third party app. Participants will be provided with a Booking ID send via your respective emails.
Since the race is flexible Time type, it can be attempted at any time during the above specified “Schedule of events”. However, the race attempted at times apart from the time window of the event will not be considered for evaluation.
After recording the reading, participants have to take screenshot of it.
Participant have to submit the screenshot and activity link of Strava or any other app profile to google form link which provided to you by organizer. (Compulsory). Google form link will be provide by mail before event.
Before submitting the screenshot in google drive link rename your screenshot to Booking ID allotted to you by organizer.(Compulsory)
Without changing the screenshot name to Booking ID, screenshot will not consider for evaluation.(Compulsory)
Participants can also record their small video while running or selfie and upload it later on their Facebook page with #sundaysportsclub #kargilvijaydiwasrun
All participants who finishes workout will get E-certificate & Medal. (T-Shirt option also available)
If we find any discrepancy in data that you entered Sunday Sports Club has authority to readily debar you from the race.
Make sure you don't violate any government rules related to lockdown . i.e. you need to follow all the rules of local authority regarding the lockdown and you need to maintain social distancing during marathon.
Sunday Sports Club not responsible for any incident during event.
There will be no flag off or inauguration take place before marathon.
Avoid public gatherings and running in crowded areas.
