• Irrespective of whether the event is virtual or live, all users are expected to behave in a dignified and orderly fashion.
• No user is allowed to defame, abuse, harass, stalk, threaten, or otherwise violate the legal rights (such as rights of privacy and publicity) of others.
• No user is allowed to publish, post, upload, distribute, or disseminate any inappropriate, profane, defamatory, infringing, obscene, indecent, or unlawful topic, name, material, or information.
• Promotional materials may not be distributed at the event unless previously approved by Team Anyone violating this policy may be asked to leave the event.
• Users shall be liable for payment of damages caused by you to the event’s property.
• The Event Organizer holders shall not be held responsible for the user’s personal belongings.
• Users are not allowed to carry weapons, arms, or hazardous substances on the event’s premises.
• No outside food and beverages are allowed at the venue.
• Tickets once sold cannot be refunded.
