Terms & Conditions

• Participants must meet the age eligibility requirements applicable to their selected race category. A valid government-issued photo ID may be required for age verification.

• All participants must report at the designated start venue within the prescribed reporting time. Late participants may not be permitted to enter the race.

• Tickets once booked are non-refundable and non-transferable, unless otherwise specified by the organiser.

• Each participant must carry their registration confirmation and valid photo ID when required.

• Participants must collect and wear their official Nitrrothon race bib as instructed. Bibs are non-transferable and must not be exchanged between participants.

• Participants must participate only in the category for which they have registered.

• Participants must follow the designated race route and all instructions provided by race officials, marshals, volunteers and event organisers.

• Participants are responsible for ensuring that they are physically fit and medically capable of participating in the run.

• The organiser reserves the right to modify the route, venue, schedule, race categories or other event arrangements due to weather, safety, government regulations, traffic restrictions or circumstances beyond its control.

• In the event of cancellation or postponement, the organiser will communicate the applicable arrangements to registered participants. Refunds, if applicable, will be subject to the organiser's announced policy.

• Participants are responsible for their personal belongings. The organiser will not be responsible for any loss, theft or damage to personal items.

• Participants may be photographed, filmed or recorded during the event. Nitrro Fitness/Nitrrothon may use such photographs and recordings for promotional, marketing and communication purposes.

• Participants are expected to maintain appropriate conduct and treat fellow participants, volunteers, staff and officials with respect. Misconduct may result in removal from the event without refund.

• All participants must comply with applicable venue, security, traffic and government authority regulationsduring the event.

• The organiser reserves the right to deny or withdraw participation from any person who violates the event rules or whose participation creates a safety or security concern.

• Nitrro Fitness and the event organisers will make reasonable efforts to conduct the event safely and as planned. However, participation in a running event involves inherent physical risks, and participants take part voluntarily.

• Venue and organiser rules apply.
