Participation Rules
Online registration is mandatory and each registration is strictly individual.
Activities must be completed outdoors and tracked through Strava with GPS enabled. Treadmill and indoor activities are not accepted.
Cycling participants must wear a helmet.
Winner rankings will be based on valid recorded activity data and timing.
TR FITMOVE reserves the right to disqualify participants violating event rules or fair participation standards.
Registration fees are non-refundable. Registrations cannot be transferred or deferred.
Participants below 16 years must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
Eligibility
Participation is subject to the age eligibility of the selected category. There is no upper age limit.
Pregnant participants may participate at their own discretion and must submit the required signed consent form to the official event email before participation.

Virtual - One Nation One Run
Virtual Marathon – 31st October 2026
Organized by TR FITMOVE
1. Participation & Medical Fitness
1.1 I voluntarily choose to participate in this virtual marathon.
1.2 I confirm that I am medically fit to participate in my selected distance category.
1.3 I understand that I am participating at my own risk. TR FITMOVE, its organizers, partners, and
associates shall not be held liable for any injury, illness, accident, loss or damage arising during or
after participation.
2. Pregnant Participants
2.1 Pregnant women are permitted to participate.
2.2 A signed consent form must be submitted to the official support email prior to participation.
2.3 Participation will be considered valid only after acknowledgment from the organizer.
3. Mandatory Run Tracking
3.1 The run must be recorded using the Strava application only.
3.2 Manual entries will not be accepted under any circumstances.
3.3 Screenshots must clearly display participant name, distance, time, and
date.
3.4 Any edited, incomplete, manipulated, or unclear proof will be rejected.
4. Proof Submission
4.1 Run proof must be submitted through WhatsApp to the official number shared after registration.
4.2 Proof must be submitted on 1st September or before the declared deadline.
4.3 Failure to submit valid proof on the event date will make the participant ineligible for finisher
benefits.
4.4 In case of low video quality, the video will be non-acceptable.
5. Verification & Medal Dispatch
5.1 Run verification will take place between 2nd September – 4th September
5.2 Medal dispatch will begin from 5th September – 6th September after successful
verification.
5.3 From the date of dispatch, delivery may take up to a maximum of 12 days depending on
courier timelines and location.
5.4 Only verified participants will be eligible for medal dispatch.
5.5 If a participant is unavailable or fails to answer the delivery agent's call, the courier will be
returned. Should the participant wish to receive the courier thereafter, a re-delivery charge will be
applicable.
5.6 If the participant fails to collect the courier from the agent, the organization bears no
responsibility for the unclaimed package.
6. Registration, Refund & Transfer Policy
6.1 Registration fees are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
6.2 Registrations are non-transferable.
6.3 A transfer request may be considered with an additional processing charge of Rs. 49, subject
to organizer approval.
7. Reference Number & Communication
7.1 Each participant will be issued a unique Reference Number after registration.
7.2 This Reference Number must be quoted for all communication with TR FITMOVE
support.
8. Organizer Rights
8.1 The organizer reserves the right to modify event timelines, policies or operational procedures in
case of unforeseen circumstances.
8.2 The decision of the organizer shall be final and binding in all matters related to the event.
9. Digital Rights
9.1 The Videos/Photographs which you will be submitting to us will be utilized for our social media
posts and reels.
