Terms And Conditions:-

 

Eligibility:

a. Participants must be at least 18 years of age on the day of the marathon, unless otherwise specified for specific categories.

b. Participants must be physically fit and capable of completing the chosen distance.

c. Participants must abide by all rules and regulations set forth by the organizers of the marathon.

Registration:

a. Registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. In the event of postponement due to various reasons, the registration fee paid will be allocated to the rescheduled event on a different date.

b. Participants must provide accurate and up-to-date information during the registration process.

c. Registration may close before the stated deadline if participant capacity is reached.

Health and Safety:

a. Participants are responsible for ensuring their own health and safety before, during, and after the marathon.

b. Participants should consult with a medical professional before undertaking any physical activity, including participation in the marathon.

c. Participants must follow all instructions provided by event staff, volunteers, and medical personnel.

Conduct:

a. Participants must always conduct themselves in a sportsmanlike manner.

b. Any form of cheating, including but not limited to cutting the course, using unauthorized means of transportation, or accepting outside assistance, will result in disqualification.

c. Participants must adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while on the course.

Liability:

a. Participation in the marathon is at the participant's own risk.

b. The organizers, sponsors, volunteers, and affiliates of the marathon are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage sustained during the event.

c. Participants are responsible for their own personal belongings during the event.

Photography and Publicity:

a. Participants consent to the use of their name, likeness, and image in any photographs, videos, or other media captured during the marathon for promotional purposes.

b. Participants may not use the marathon for any commercial or promotional purposes without prior written consent from the organizers.

Amendments:

a. The organizers reserve the right to amend or modify these terms and conditions at any time.

b. Any changes will be communicated to participants through the event website, email, or other appropriate channels.

By registering for the marathon, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Failure to comply with these terms may result in disqualification from the event.
