TERMS & CONDITIONS OF REGISTRATION

By registering for SBI Green Marathon Season 7, you agree to the following
1. Eligibility & Age Criteria
To participate in SBI Green Marathon Season 7, you must meet the following age requirements:

• Half Marathon (21.1 KM): Participants must be 18 years or older on the event day.
• 10 KM Timed Run: Participants must be 16 years or older on the event day.
• 5 KM Green Run: Participants must be 5 years or older. Children below 18 years must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian during the event.

The Organizers reserve the right to verify the participant's age and identity at any stage.

2. Registration & Ticketing

• Registration is confirmed only after successful payment.
• Registration fees are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for another participant, category, city, or event.
• Once registered, changes to participant details or race category may not be permitted.
• Convenience fees, payment gateway charges, taxes, or other applicable charges will be displayed during checkout.
• Tickets or registrations purchased through unauthorized sources may be cancelled without prior notice or refund.

3. Race Bib Collection

• Every participant must collect their own race bib during the official Race Expo or Bib Distribution.
• A valid government-issued photo ID (such as Aadhaar Card, Passport, Driving Licence, or Voter ID) must be presented while collecting the bib.
• Bibs will not be handed over without valid identification.
• Race bibs are personal and cannot be sold, exchanged, transferred, duplicated, or shared.
• Lost or damaged bibs will not be replaced unless approved by the Organizers.

4. Health & Medical Responsibility
By registering, you confirm that:

• You are physically fit to participate in the chosen race category.
• You understand that running is a physically demanding activity.
• If you have any existing medical condition, injury, heart condition, or health concern, you have consulted a qualified doctor before participating.
• Participants with significant medical history, especially minors, may be required to submit a medical fitness certificate and mentioned at the time of registration.

5. Participant Safety

Participants must:

• Follow all instructions issued by race officials, volunteers, police, security personnel, and medical teams.
• Follow traffic management and public safety instructions during the run.
• The Organizers may remove any participant from the race if they believe continued participation may pose a health or safety risk.

6. Liability Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree that SBI Green Marathon season 7, State Bank of India, Radio Mirchi, event sponsors, venue owners, government authorities, volunteers, contractors, medical teams, ticketing partners, agencies, employees, and representatives shall not be responsible for Personal injury, illness, death, property loss, theft, damage, delays any direct or indirect loss arising from your participation in the event.
7. Event Changes & Force Majeure
The Organizers reserve the right to change the event date, modify the race route, change the venue, delay the race, reschedule or cancel the event, this may occur due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to extreme weather, Natural disasters, Government orders, public health, emergencies, security concerns, civil disturbances, force majeure events, In such situations, registration fees, merchandise, race kits, and bibs shall remain non-refundable and non-transferable.
8. No Show Policy
Participants who do not attend the event for any reason will not be eligible for Refunds, Credits, Transfers, Future event adjustments.
9. Photography, Video &  Media Consent
By participating, you grant the Organizers permission to Photograph you, record videos, capture interviews, record your voice. The Organizers may use these materials for promotional, advertising, publicity, social media, television, print, digital, or other marketing purposes worldwide without any payment or additional permission.
10. Communication Consent
By registering, you agree to receive registration confirmations, Event updates, Race instructions, Emergency notifications, Promotional communications, through Email, SMS, WhatsApp, phone calls, or other communication channels.
11. Data Privacy
Your personal information may be collected and used for Event administration, Participant identification, Timing and race results, Emergency medical support, Customer support, Marketing and promotional activities, Statistical reporting, Your information may be shared only with authorized partners involved in managing the event.
12. Service Disclaimer
While every effort is made to ensure smooth registration and race management like The organizers and ticketing partners do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of registration systems. Temporary technical issues, payment gateway failures, or internet disruptions may occur. Organizers shall not be liable for losses resulting from such interruptions.
13. Right to Refuse Participation
The Organizers reserve the right to refuse registration or participation to any person without assigning a reason, including where participation may pose a health, safety, legal, or security concern.

Amendments :-
The Organizers reserve the right to update, modify, or revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any revised Terms & Conditions shall become effective immediately upon publication and shall apply to all participants.

 PARTICIPANT WAIVER & RELEASE AGREEMENT
By completing your registration, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• I understand that long-distance running is a physically demanding sporting activity.
• I voluntarily choose to participate entirely at my own risk.
• I understand that participation may involve serious injury, permanent disability, illness, or death.
• I voluntarily accept all known and unknown risks associated with participation.
• I declare that I am physically and medically fit to participate.
• If I have any medical condition, I have consulted a qualified medical practitioner before participating.
• I understand that the Organizers may require medical documentation where necessary.
• I authorize the Organizers to arrange emergency medical treatment if required during the event.
• I agree that all expenses related to emergency transportation, medical treatment, hospitalization, or related care shall be my responsibility.
• I agree to follow all instructions given by Race Director, Event Officials, Volunteers, Police Authorities, Medical Teams, Emergency Personnel.
• I understand that failure to comply may result in immediate removal from the event.
• I hereby release and discharge State Bank of India (SBI), Radio Mirchi, Event Organizer, Sponsors, Government Authorities, Venue Owners, Volunteers, Contractors, Medical Personnel, Ticketing Partners, Employees,
• Representatives from any liability arising out of my participation, including claims relating to injury, illness, disability, death, property damage, property loss, theft, negligence (to the extent permitted by law), or any other damages.
• I understand that the Organizers shall not be responsible for any injury, illness, or medical emergency arising from any known or unknown pre-existing medical condition.
• I understand that the event may be postponed, modified, suspended, or cancelled due to circumstances beyond the Organizers&  control.
• I agree that no refund, transfer, exchange, or compensation shall be payable in such cases.
• I grant the Organizers unrestricted permission to use my name, photograph, video, voice, and race results for promotional, advertising, media, and publicity purposes without compensation.
• By completing my registration, I confirm that I have carefully read and understood these Terms &  Conditions and this Participant Waiver & Release Agreement.
•  I agree to comply with all event rules and instructions.
•  I participate voluntarily and entirely at my own risk.
•  I understand that my registration constitutes my acceptance of these

Terms & Conditions and Waiver Agreement.
