TERMS & CONDITIONS OF REGISTRATION
1. Eligibility & Age
Participants must be at least 5 years old for the 5 km event and 18 years or older for the 10 km and 21 km races.
2. Registration & Ticketing
All registrations are final entries are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be modified post-booking.
Internet or handling charges may apply; the full amount will be shown at checkout.
Unauthorized resale is strictly prohibited and may result in cancellation without refund.
3. Bib Collection & ID Verification
Bibs must be collected in person and are non-transferable. Valid photo ID (Aadhaar, passport, driver’s license, etc.) is mandatory.
4. Health & Safety Compliance
Participants affirm that they are physically fit and have consulted a physician if necessary.
All participants assume the inherent risks of the event (e.g., weather, traffic, crowding) and must follow instructions from officials and medicalstaff — including ceasing participation if directed.
Organizers reserve the right to deny admission or participation at their discretion.
5. Liability & Waiver
Participants release SBI, Radio Mirchi, ticketing partners, sponsors, and their representatives from all liability arising from injury, illness, loss, or damage caused by participation.
A medical fitness certificate may be required (If minor has past medical History) — especially for minors, who must submit parental/guardian consent.
6. Event Changes & Force Majeure
In cases of adverse weather, public safety concerns, regulatory mandates, or other emergencies, organizers may modify, delay, or cancel the event. No refunds, transfers, or makeup events will be
offered.
7. NoShow Policy
Participants who do not attend the event are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances.
8. Media, Communications & Data Consent
By registering, participants consent to the use of their name, image, voice, and recorded performance for promotional purposes, without compensation.
Participants agree to receive race updates and communications via email and SMS.
Personal data may be used by organizers and partners for administrative, marketing, and statistical reporting.
9. Service Disclaimer
Ticketing and registration services are provided “as is”; organizers and platforms disclaim all express or implied warranties regarding service availability or accuracy.
10. Amendments to Terms
Organizers reserve the right to change terms and conditions at any time. Updated terms will apply to all registrations—past and future.
DISCLAMIER
1. Long-distance running is a physically demanding activity that can result in serious injury or even death—participation is at your own risk.
2. You waive any rights to hold SBI, organizers, sponsors, ticketing platforms, volunteers, medical staff, or agents liable for any injury, loss, damage, illness, or death arising from participation.
3. You assume all risks associated with the race, including but not limited to:falls, collisions with other participants, extreme weather, traffic, uneven surfaces, public disorder, or criminal acts.
4. You certify that you are physically and medically fit to participate and agree to seek a qualified medical professional’s advice if appropriate.
5. You agree to obey all instructions from race officials, medical personnel, and volunteers, including immediate cessation of activity if directed.
6. Organizers reserve the right to pause, cancel, or reschedule the event in case of emergencies or regulatory directives. Registrations, bibs, and merchandise are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged.
7. You fully release all parties involved from liability for any injury or damage arising from known, unknown, disclosed, or undisclosed pre-existing medical conditions.
8. Organizers reserve the right to refuse participation to any person at any time for health or safety reasons—before or during the race.
9. You authorize organizers to arrange emergency medical treatment on your behalf during the event, and agree to pay any associated costs, including transportation, care, or hospitalization.
