Welcome to Tamralipta Ultra 2026 — an endurance journey through history, rivers, monsoon, and human spirit.
Organized by Dquests Adventure Sports Academy, Tamralipta Ultra is a unique long-distance running event set along the historic river routes of Tamluk to Haldia, following the banks of the Rupnarayan River and Hooghly River in the heart of Bengal’s monsoon.
The race begins from ancient Tamralipta, once one of India’s greatest maritime ports, associated with the journeys of Xuanzang (Hiuen Tsang), the legacy of Emperor Ashoka, the teachings of Lord Buddha, and the spirit of the Quit India Movement led by brave freedom fighters like Matangini Hazra.
This is more than a race.
It is a test of endurance, resilience, and determination.
