**INDEMNITY & DISCLAIMER**

By registering for and participating in **CycloCraze – Trail Tantra Tapsya**, I hereby acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. **I understand that participation in trail running, athletic events, and outdoor activities involves inherent risks**, including but not limited to physical injury, accidents, health issues, environmental hazards, and unpredictable conditions.

2. **I voluntarily participate in this event at my own risk** and accept full responsibility for my personal safety, physical well-being, and conduct throughout the event.

3. **CycloCraze, its core team, crew members, volunteers, organizers, partners, or any associated personnel shall not be held responsible or liable** for:

   * Any injury, accident, or physical harm.

   * Loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings.

   * Any medical condition, health issue, or emergency arising before, during, or after the event.

   * Any mishap caused by natural conditions, terrain, other participants, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. **I accept that all decisions made by the CycloCraze core team are final**, binding, and not subject to dispute.

5. **I agree that I am solely responsible for any misbehavior, misconduct, or disturbance (ruckus) caused by me**, and the organizers hold the right to take necessary action, including disqualification or removal from the event, without refund.

6. **I certify that I am physically fit**, free from any condition that may put me or others at risk, and that I have voluntarily chosen to participate.

7. By participating, **I release and indemnify CycloCraze and all associated personnel from any legal claims, demands, or actions** arising out of my involvement in the event.
