Stadium run is a platform where you can test your physical as well as mental capabilities, running in loops on synthetic track & NOT on TAR ROAD / TRAIL, taking an equal test on your endurance and grit that resides inside everyone.

The stadium is famous for its well - maintained track and many athletes use this facility to train to their maximum potential and you will experience a running festival at the same place.

12 HOURS SOLO RUN

18th December - 0600 hrs to 1800 hrs

Eligibility Criteria : Minimum age to be 18 years & he / she must have completed a Marathon or any 50K.

6 HOURS SOLO RUN

18th December - Slot A [0600 hrs to 1200 hrs]

18th December - Slot B [1200 hrs to 1800 hrs]

Eligibility Criteria : Minimum age to be 18 years & he / she must have completed a Half Marathon.

3 HOURS SOLO RUN

18th December - Slot A [0600 hrs to 0900 hrs]

18th December - Slot B [0900 hrs to 1200 hrs]

18th December - Slot C [1200 hrs to 1500 hrs]

18th December - Slot D [1500 hrs to 1800 hrs]

Eligibility Criteria : Minimum age to be 18 years.

TEAM RELAY (6 HOURS)

18th December - 1200 hrs to 1800 hrs

Eligibility Criteria :

Minimum age to be 14 years.

Each team must consist of 3 Running Members.

Every runner will run for 2 hours each.

No individual is allowed to run in more than 1 team.

There is no gender restriction in the composition of the team.

TEAM RELAY (3 HOURS)

18th December - Slot A [0600 hrs to 0900 hrs]
18th December - Slot B [1500 hrs to 1800 hrs]

Eligibility Criteria :

Minimum age to be 14 years.

Each team must consist of 3 Running Members.

Every runner will run for 1 hour each.

No individual is allowed to run in more than 1 team.

There is no gender restriction in the composition of the team.

Tuffman Trophies to First 3 Podium Finishers shall be awarded to Both Men & Women, from each run category, irrespective of the slots of the run (if applicable).

In case of Team Relay(s), First 3 Podium Finisher Teams will be awarded with Tuffman Trophies.

TITLE CRITERIA(S)

⭕ 80K and above distance finisher in 12H category will be a Tuffman.

⭕ 50K and above distance finisher in 6H category will be a Half Tuffman.

⭕ Rest all finishers under 3H or Team Relay categories will be Inspiring Tuffman.

FINISHING CRITERIA(S)
===================

Please find the cutoff criteria(s) in the mentioned categories in respect to the MINIMUM DISTANCES & TIME BOTH that has to be covered in the stadium run.

Category - Distance - Minimum Time

⭕ For 3 hrs - 15 Kms (No Time Limit)

⭕ For 6 hrs - 30 Kms (No Time Limit)

⭕ For 12 hrs - 55 Kms - 10 hrs

⭕ For 6 hrs Team Relay - 35 Kms - 1 hr each member (Total 35 Kms by three team members in 6 hrs & 1 hr atleast BOTH to be covered by each team member on the track)
⭕ For 3 hrs Team Relay - 18 Kms - 30 mins each member (Total 18 Kms by three team members in 3 hrs & 30 mins atleast BOTH to be covered by each team member on the track)

CANCELLATION / TRANSFER OF TICKETS / REFUND POLICY

Cancellations / Transfer of Tickets / Refund are not possible at all. Any requests received will not be eligible for a refund, under any circumstances.

Also, in case of occurrence of any unforeseeable circumstances / events / situations (even force majeure) due to any x-factor leading up to event cancellation, the event fees paid wouldn't be refunded under any circumstances.

ONLY APPLICABLE IN CASE OF THE NEW WAVE OF COVID-19 - There will be no future adjustment / carry forward of the fees towards any other event in any case, and the race format will be changed into a NON - TIMED Virtual Race for everyone. The physical takeaways like Race T-SHIRT, Finisher Medal (based on finish status) & other items (if any) shall be sent via courier 40 days after the virtual event.

DISCLAIMER TO THE EVENT

By agreeing to this disclaimer, i agree to abide by the rules of Tuffman 12 Hours Stadium Run Gurugram dated 18th December, 2022 (Sunday) and i understand that it is my responsibility to take care of myself while running.
I understand that participating in this event is potentially hazardous and that I should not enter and participate unless I am medically fit and properly trained. Any health problems or fatal cases such as death-causing accidents or even death before, during or after the event, the organizers, sponsors, promoters, event location owners and each of their agents, representative’s successors and assigns, and all other persons and entities associated either directly or indirectly with the event, will not be responsible at all.
In consideration of the acceptance of this entry, I presume full responsibility for any injury or accident that may occur while I am travelling to the event or while coming back from the event, or while I am on the premises of the event. I am also aware of and assume all risks associated with participating in this event, including, but not limited to falling with other participants, the effects of weather, traffic and conditions of the road or any – x-factor affecting my own health.
I, for myself and my heirs and executors, hereby waive, release and forever discharge the event organizers, sponsors, promoters and each of their agents, representatives successors and assigns, and all other persons and entities associated either directly or indirectly with the event from all claims demands, costs, expenses, proceedings, arising of my participation in the event and I am hereby indemnifying them against all liability, including, but not limited to liability for and in respect of all injury, death, loss or damage, arising out of my participation in the event.
If I am injured or taken ill or otherwise suffer any detriment, whatsoever, I hereby irrevocably authorize the event officials and organisers, at my risk and cost, to transport me to a medical facility and or to administer emergency medical treatment and I waive all claims that might result from such transport and or treatment or delay or deficiency therein and shall pay or reimburse to you all my medical and emergency expenses and hereby authorise you to incur the same and shall provide to race officials such medical data relating to me as they may request. I agree that nothing here shall oblige the event officials or organisers or any person to incur any expenses or to provide any transport or treatment.
I unequivocally give permission, unless I confirm otherwise in writing to event organisers, for my personal information and details to be forwarded for the purpose of the event administration and further permit my name, personal information quotes and photographic likeness in still photography or video to be used for the marketing and promotional purposes of the event and to other stakeholders if required.
If the rule of law prevents any of the above paragraphs or any part of it to be unenforceable then it shall be constructed so as to give the maximum possible protection to all persons and entities associated directly or indirectly with the event.
Cancellations / Transfer of Tickets / Refunds are not possible at all. Any requests received will NOT be eligible for a refund, under any circumstances. I, all in all, agree to the event’s cancellation & withdrawal policy as per mentioned on the event website & related pages.
Also, in case of occurrence of any unforeseeable circumstances / events / situations (even force majeure or new COVID wave) due to any x-factor leading up to event cancellation, the event fees paid wouldn't be refunded under any circumstances.
There will be no future adjustment / carry forward of the fees towards any other event in any case. The race shall be changed into a Non Timed Virtual Race and the physical takeaways like Race T-Shirt, Goodie Bag, Finisher Medal (based on finish status) and other items (if any) shall be sent via courier after the virtual event.
In case of reimbursement, if there for any reason, Tuffman shall be only liable of the amount which the attendee / buyer pays to us (excluding processing fees and applicable taxes, if any)
I understand that correct and fully filling the address (in case, if required) shall enable the organisers to ensure delivery of the parcel within time (if applicable).
Users of email services that offer filtering / blocking of messages from unknown email address should recognise emails from tuffmanindia@gmail.com, info@tuffmanindia.com and emails from address ending with @tuffmanindia.com as a part of their regular address list. Any notice sent to the email address registered with the organizers shall be deemed as received by the participants.
