1. Age Limit 18+ more can join the event from any place in India.
2. Attendee or Participant must read all Frequently Asked Questions and its mandate.
3. Please note that HELMET is mandated for all cyclists list and water for hydration is COMPULSORY on every RIDE/RUN/WALK.
4. Make sure you shall not violate any government rules & regulations. You need to follow all local authority's rules regarding the lockdown and d to maintain social distancing during the event. Avoid group rides, public gatherings and crowded areas.
5. Participants must finish their activity before the timeline mentioned in the Virtual Event details.
6. In case, Participant filled incomplete or incorrect information at the time of registration, the organizer will not be held accountable for any delay or non-receiving in delivery of parcel/courier etc...
7. BACK TO PEDALS is not responsible for any incident during the event.
8. There will be no flag-off or inauguration that takes place before the event.
9. All participants will receive E-Certificates with their covered distance and time.
10. Medal or Acrylic Medal ticketed participants will receive their Medal or Acrylic Medal at any distance completion level of this event.

2. Where we can Ride/Run/Walk? - You can choose to ride/run/walk anywhere on any route you prefer.
3. What kind of Virtual Event Distance Categories generally do you conduct? – Ride distance Categories – 10KMs | 15KMs | 20KMs | 30KMs | 50KMs | 75KMs | 100KMs Run distance Categories – 3KMs | 5KMs | 10KMs | 21KMs Walk distance Categories –2KMs | 3KMs | 5KMs | 8KMs | 10KMs
4. Shall I get a refund or transfer my ticket to any other? – No, Tickets are non-refundable & non-transferable under any circumstances.
5. What If I’ll not attend the event? – Participants will not attend the event then rewards will not be issued.
6. What If I’ll incomplete my distance selected by me? –
7. E-Certificate will be issued (2) Medal or Acrylic Medal ticketed participants will receive their Medal or Acrylic Medal at any distance completion level of this event.
8. When can we get the Acrylic Medal /Medal /Mini Acrylic Badge/ Synthetic A4 Physical Certificate? – Within 10-40 days post-event by postal/parcel services.
9. How can I track my parcel? - Acrylic Medal /Medal /Mini Acrylic Badge/ Synthetic A4 Physical Certificate achievers will be communicated with postal reference numbers to track the parcel.
10. How to get E-Certificate? - You can download E-certificate from your Google link within 3-7 days of the event and also we share the Google link to download your E-certificates.
11. Which applications shall use for Ride/Run/Walk? - You can use any apps like Strava, Google Fit, Garmin Run-keeper, Nike Running or whichever you are using.
12. How to submit my Activity? - Submit your Activity on WhatsApp/email given below i.e. +919944810101/ backtopedals@gmail.com. If you shared your Strava I’d then no need of submitting our activity data.
13. Are there any delivery charges for the courier in India? – No, there are no delivery charges inside India.
14. By what time shall I complete my Ride/Run? -Participants must finish their activity before the timeline mentioned in Details of the Virtual Event. Participants must finish their activity before 9 PM.
15. Is there any messaging group for this virtual event? – No, Not only for this event. Usually, we don’t create any WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, hangout, telegram, SMS or any other messenger applications to communicate in group/broadcast messages.
