WINTER DAY RUN AND RIDE

Once You Register for the event you get confirmation email on your email-id.

1. You can select Cycle / run distance as per your choice.
2. Winter day run and ride will be a 7 - Day event starting on 13th nov 2022 6 am - 20th nov 2022 11 PM.
3. Rider / runner can record their Distance using a mobile phone with apps like Strava, Cycling Bike Tracker, Map my ride, Ride with GPS, Google Fit.Etc
4. The leaderboard will be updated and certificates will be issued based on your submission.
5. Participants can cycle / ride a distance of  5KM, 10KM, or 21KM.
6. Cycling / running data to be submitted through a google form which you will receive in your ticket confirmation mail once you will register.
7. Runners / riders will receive the certificate mentioning the actual distance covered by them.
8. Cycling data can be submitted between 13th nov - 20th nov 2022, from 6:00 AM to 10 PM. 
9. Click 2-3 Images Of your Cycling and submit on google form only for the photo frame

Terms and Condition

The registration fee is non-refundable

1. It is an outdoor virtual event and gym exercise cycles will not be allowed (You need to ensure that you are abiding by the social distancing norms).
2. Participants can cycle or run a distance of 05KM, 10KM, or 21KM.
3. After 12 nov 2022 no activity will be acceptable.
4. Please ensure that you are cycling or runningthe distance chosen by you.
5. In case of any dispute, the Final decision will be under the hands of the organizer. Organizer and it's associated take no responsibility of any participant throughout the event.
6. Personal Injury – Sport and Recreation accepts no responsibility for any injury incurred at the Centre by the Client nor any subsequent cost related to that injury.
