We have 2 Challenges.
10KM and 21KM Challenge Medals.
You can do 10 KM / 21 KṀ in one go or 1 km for 10 days or 2 km for 5 days or any random distance as per your convenience.
You can do Walking, Running or Cycling.
Once your Challenge is done your Medal is sent by Courier.
Run / Walk or Cycle at your own Place and share screenshot of Timing app on whatsapp number 8097712656.
You can use any timing app from Google playstore like Starva, Runkeeper, Runtastic, Garmin, Nike or Mobile Health app or smartwatch app.
