Chandigarh’s CLKA Brings 16 Countries, 38 Artists Under One Roof

Chandigarh: Chandigarh Lalit Kala Akademi is organizing, prestigious exhibition of printmaking portfolio ‘Threshold’ curated by Nicholas Ruth, USA created as part of International Print Exchange Programme (IPEP) India’s annual activity. ‘Threshold’ is a collective effort of artists from seventeen countries and has been exhibited in Baton Rouge, Cape Girardeau, West Lafayette and Los Angeles in USA; Meadowbank, Australia;

Johannesburg, South Africa; Charlbury Festival, UK; Brussels, Belgium; Naigaon, India; Tallinn, Estonia. Works of Printmakers from 17 countries will be displayed.

The event is being organised by Chandigarh Lalit Kala Academy under the guidance of its Chairman Mr. Bheem Malhotra and initiated by Mr. Bhanu Shrivastav, one of the young participating printmakers (artist) of the city in the portfolio. Opening of the exhibition will be on 9th September 2022 at 5.30 pm at Government Museum and Art Gallery, Sector 10C, Chandigarh-160011 between 9th to 14th September 2022, 11am to 7pm.(Monday Closed)
