Splash of Colour by Artists at Sector 17 Underpass

15/11/2022

Art has always played an important role in connecting people with the emotions and thoughts of artists. An art exhibition is on at the underpass, connecting Sector-17 to Rose Garden, where young and senior artists of the Tricity have exhibited their works. It is being held by the Chandigarh Lalit Kala Akademi in collaboration with the Society for Development of Films & Arts.

The works of around 67 artists are at display, including ones made by freshers to final-year students of Art as well as senior artists.

Artists have given form to their thoughts using different media and ideas, with every canvas being unique and different from the others. The entire gallery is beaming with colours and  ideations which only an artist can put on paper.

Bheem Malhotra, Chairman Lalit Kala Academi said, “We are very happy to host an exhibition one after another at the underpass and hosting this art festival is an honour for us. Here each work narrates a story, and it is an honour for CLKA to organise this event.”

The exhibition will be on view till  24th November, 2022 daily from 11.00 am to 7.00 pm daily.
